Where the lake meets the reel

A lakeside café, a spinning Ferris wheel, and fishing contests that bring the whole town to the water. Here's how our summer tradition took shape.

How it started

From a beach shack to the lake's best gathering spot

It began with a small café and a few friends casting lines for fun. Word spread fast, and soon we added the Ferris wheel, then the contests. Now every season brings crowds eager to spin the reel and compete for prizes.

Today we're a café, amusement spot and competition venue all at once — but what matters most stays the same. Good food, fair contests, and a place where everyone belongs.

What makes us different

Catch Fish, Win Meat at Our Lakeside Cafe

Ferris Wheel Views While You Fish

Fresh-caught fish, locally smoked meats, and sweets made here daily. Every reward means something.

Fair spinning contests

Our reel contests test skill and luck equally. No shortcuts, no rigging — just honest competition waiting for you.

Lakeside hospitality

Our café feels like a friend's porch by the water. Come hungry, stay for the view, leave happy.

Behind the scenes

Prep work starts before dawn

Our kitchen fires up at five, smoking meats and baking sweets for the day's contests. Registration opens at eight, and by noon the Ferris wheel's spinning and the first reel contests are underway. It's early, intense, rewarding work — and we love every minute of it.

There's real magic in watching someone land their catch, spin that reel, and win a prize they'll remember. That's what gets us out of bed every morning.

  • Fresh-caught fish grilled daily, smoked meat from the lakeside pit, handmade sweets spun from our kitchen
  • Local catch prepared by our fishing rod champions
  • Day-old catch donated to local families, nothing wasted
